What happens after I submit an RFQ?
Radian reviews your enquiry, groups items by brand and category, contacts suitable OEMs/distributors/suppliers, compares offers and prepares a structured quotation package.
Do you supply to Libya, Algeria and wider MENA?
Radian supports procurement enquiries for UAE, GCC, Libya, Algeria, Egypt and wider MENA through UAE-based sourcing and documentation coordination.
Can you source ABB, Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell and Atlas Copco?
We can source products and spares for these and other brands through OEMs, authorized distributors or verified suppliers where available.
Are you an official distributor for the listed brands?
No brand listing should be read as an official agency or exclusive distributor claim unless separately confirmed in writing.
Can you quote obsolete or discontinued part numbers?
Yes. We can help cross-reference discontinued parts with current OEM replacements or equivalent alternatives, clearly flagged for client approval.
What file types can I upload?
You may submit PDF, Excel, Word documents, images, drawings, datasheets, bills of materials, previous quotations and nameplate photos.
Do you handle urgent shutdown or breakdown RFQs?
Yes. Mark your enquiry as urgent/breakdown and include the required delivery date, plant location and technical details.
Do you prepare technical and commercial quotation packages?
Yes. We prepare technical compliance notes, catalog references, commercial pricing, country of origin and assumptions/deviations where applicable.
Can EPC contractors submit full BOQs?
